Wanting to add a few dishes to your repertoire?
In this class you will make a roast vegetable and ricotta tart, ideal if having someone for lunch served with a green salad, Orange and lamb tagine with all the flavours of Morocco, rump steak with parmesan shavings and a green sauce,…looks lovely served on a wooden board and spicy meringue stack with macerated fruit.
Class will start at 10am with morning tea and finish approx. 1pm
