BREAD-BREAD and more BREAD

Bread making is good for both body and mind. Nothing is nicer than on a cold winters morning to be kneading and making bread.
In this class we will be making Brioche, No knead baguettes, Sage, onion and seed beer bread, plaited white loaf and you will learn how to make a sour dough starter so you can go home and make your own sourdough bread.
Class will begin at 10am with morning tea and class will finish around 1pm.
