LETS COOK MEAT-CLASS FULL

It is always good to be able to add a few new recipes to our repertoire! In this meat class you will learn how to make pork fillet with a mustard and thyme sauce, Sticky spare ribs, steak adorned with a Portobello mushroom and café de Paris butter and Chicken scaloppini with marsala and sage sauce. All great dishes with winter fast approaching.
Class commences at 10am with morning tea and ends approx. 1pm
