In this class you will learn how to make a variety of vegetarian dishes. A wonderful wrap stack that will impress you family and friends. A stack layered with vegetables and topped with a variety of cheeses, how to make tasty mushroom pate, potato gnocchi tossed in burnt butter and sage and a fresh fennel and mozzarella salad tossed with zucchini strips and slithered almonds. I will also try and squeeze in some skewered grilled pineapple with a delicious rum, orange and chilli syrup…a perfect simple dessert to finish off a wonderful meal.
Class will commence with morning tea at 10am and will end approx. 1pm.
