LET’S MAKE A PLATTER

In this class you will learn how to make some simple but tasty additions to your platter, so come summer you will be ready to impress your family and friends.
You will learn how to make homemade seed crackers, quick pickles, mushroom pate, spicy chicken nibbles with a hot sauce, beetroot and cashew dip and a smoked salmon and dill spread. I will also try and squeeze in skewered pineapple with a rum, orange and chilli syrup,
Class will commence at 10am with a tasty morning tea and will finish approx. 1pm,
