THREE SOUPS AND A TART(FULL)

The nights are already getting cold….in this class you will learn to make three beautiful but different soups, a chunky, brown rice, chilli, coconut and pumpkin soup, spicy chilli and kumara soup and the beautiful French favourite
smooth and velvety vichyssoise.
We will also make a roast vegetable and ricotta tart, ideal for a winter lunch with a crusty bread.
Classes will commence at 10am with morning tea and will finish approx. 1am
