Sticky Pork Ribs

These are a firm favourite with friends and so easy…everyone seems to have their own recipe but mine is so easy!!!! Put some baking paper in the bottom of the ovenproof dish you are using. Lay the ribs on their side. Be generous and pour over some Kecap Manis and sprinkle generously with brown sugar…into the oven 180 for about 20 mins…you will smell them when they are ready….delicious.

Note :when pouring over the Kecap Manis (Sweet soy sauce from Asian section at the supermarket or from  an Asian store)don’t saturate the ribs just pour over making lines with the KM.

When cooked take out the ribs ,let mixture on the bottom of pan cool and then scoop up the baking paper and throw in the bin…easy!!
