Vegetarian class

We all know that the French love their meat but they are also keen on fresh seasonable vegetables .My vegetarian class last  weekend consisted of demonstrating a vegetable stack, raw energy salad , potato gnocchi tossed in burnt butter and sage and lavosh.

I received a lovely email from one of the attendees

“I have just attended Kems Vegetarian Cooking Class. As always it was relaxed , inspiring and gave me new ideas on fresh seasonal vegetables.  Quick, easy but impressive dishes was what I was looking for and I came away with that and more as we chatted over a beautiful morning tea.  Thank you Kem
