I love this time of the year when I can drive along the road and see all the roadside stalls selling fresh summer fruit and vegetables. Plums are abundant at the moment. Hands on class

Had a great hands on class today..millefeuille..raspberry meringues and madeleines. These are ideal classes if you have a guest staying and it wet…can’t go sightseeing and the TV has nothing of interest.It is worth phoning to see if I can fit in a private class.
