I always run a few classes during the year incorporating dishes that are a favourite …a favourite with me and a favourite with others who have attended classes with me.
In the is class you will learn how to make a salmon and spinach roulade, tarragon and Dijon mustard chicken, lamb rump salad and a GF cake with berry couli.
Class commences at 10am with morning tea and ends approx 1pm.
