Al Fresco Fiesta…Savoury snacks for in the sunshine. In this class you will learn how to make pincho type snacks to share with friends in the last warm days of summer.
A pincho means spike in Spanish…most are made with a toothpick to keep them secured and two bites should have them eaten!!
we will share a selection of pinchos made with a base of a round of potato,small tasty fritters and sliced baguette to name a few. None are difficult to make but hopefully you will get inspired by some of the combinations and ideas…sure beats chips and dip!!!
Class will commence at 10am with morning tea.
