Winter days are still with us so why not learn how to make some really tasty soups. In this class you will learn how to make aromatic coconut soup with coriander and prawns. Kumara and yellow curry soup with soft udon noodles and tikka chicken with a crunchy seed topping. We will also make a lovely no knead baguette to mop up all those lovely flavours.
Class will commence at 10am with morning tea and end approx 1pm.
