In this class you will learn how to make a brioche wreath of buns…ideal on Christmas  morning with your best raspberry jam or serve to accompany your dishes at midday with baked brie. A Christmas terrine made of chicken, apricots, pistachio nuts and cranberries all wrapped in bacon, tasty potato salad with crisp prosciutto and a creamy mustard sauce and to add to your desserts or to have with coffee, chocolate fig panforte.
