Who doesn’t love buttery brioche? In this class you will learn how to make brioche buns with baked brie, a French favourite, pork fillet with mustard and thyme sauce, rustic French potato tart and a Moroccan carrot and pumpkin soup…delicious with those brioche buns!

Class commences with morning tea at 10pm and will end appro 1pm.
