Summer is coming so time to add to your repertoire…The season is changing and new produce is appearing everywhere.
In this class you will learn how to make a lovely spinach and smoked salmon roulade …then move onto a pork fillet with mustard and thyme which will be served with a refreshing nectarine salsa.
Imagine a relaxed balmy Hawke’s Bay evening…out on your deck and finishing the evening meal with pears,blue cheese and walnuts, honey and cream gently baked in parchment paper, gently baked in the oven and served with crunchy bread and a sweet wine.
OR…if blue cheese is your thing but not your partners, maybe they will enjoy skewered pineapple drizzled with a lovely syrup of rum, orange and chilli.
This class will commence at 10am with morning tea and will be finished approx. 1pm.
