Baking bread -one of my favourite pastimes! Flour, water and yeast and hey presto you have bread!

In this class you will learn how to make lovely buttery,sweet brioche perfect for breakfast,no knead baguettes,pizza dough that you can freeze and take from freezer to plate! and wholemeal baps.

Class will start at 10am with morning tea.
