Chicken ,it is so versatile. In this class you will learn how to make the popular rice dish chicken pilaf, spicy chicken nibbles with a hot sauce (ideal for a platter) , creamy tarragon and Dijon mustard chicken and chicken scaloppine with sage and a wine sauce.

Class commences at 10am with morning tea and will be finished approx 1pm Cost $85.00
