Who doesn’t like a platter! In this class you will learn to make some additions to add to your own platter or tasting board such as grissini bread sticks, mushroom pate, pink onion pickle, quick mustard pickles, feta and watermelon bites, and some spicy chicken nibbles with a hot sauce.
Class commences at 10am with morning tea and ends approx 1pm.
