WORKING ON SOME NEW CLASSES
Will start putting up 2021 classes shortly...been having fun in the kitchen and my nose in cook books....they are rather addictive!!! Had a couple of terrine books sent to me for Christmas from London and I am keen to try some sweet terrines!!!!

Come and enjoy Valentines day!
No valentine?. . . why not treat yourself !! In this class you will learn how to make fresh ricotta and get to sample on some fresh baguette with a variety of toppings, a French style potato tart, chicken scaloppini with sage and butter and a pineapple tarte tartin. Finish the class with something bubbly to help me celebrate my birthday!! Class commences at 10am with morning tea and will end approx 1pm 6 spaces available.

In this class you will learn how to make four easy dishes to add to repertoire. Avocado and salmon towers, Potato gnocchi with sage and butter, chicken scaloppini with a wine sauce and individual chocolate espresso mousse. Class commences at 10am with morning tea and ends approx 1pm 3 SPACES AVAILABLE

A CLASS OF FAVOURITES
I always run a few classes during the year incorporating dishes that are a favourite ...a favourite with me and a favourite with others who have attended classes with me. In the is class you will learn how to make a salmon and spinach roulade, tarragon and Dijon mustard chicken, lamb rump salad and a GF cake with berry couli. Class commences at 10am with morning tea and ends approx 1pm. 6 SPACES AVAILABLE.
