Cheese biscuits
Lovely tasty cheese biscuits ideal on a platter
  1. 125g cold butter
  2. 60g tasty cheese
  3. 60g grated parmesan
  4. 150g flour
  5. 1 tsp. sweet paprika
  6. ½ tsp. chopped rosemary
  7. ¼ tsp. salt
  8. Freshly ground black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. In the bowl of a food processor place the butter, cheeses, flour, paprika, rosemary salt and pepper.
  3. Pulse the mixture until a firm dough is formed.
  4. Tip the dough onto a lightly floured bench.
  5. Roll the dough into a 3cm wide log and wrap in plastic wrap and pop into the fridge for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the log from the plastic wrap and slice into 5mm slices.
  7. Place onto a lined baking tray.
  8. Bake the biscuits in the pre heated oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
  1. Lovely eaten with blue cheese or chilli jam.
